Key Responsibilities:

• Restocking & Maintenance: Keep machines fully stocked, operational, and clean to ensure maximum reliability and sales.
• Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with the businesses where machines are placed, ensuring they’re happy and the machines are well-maintained.
• Product Optimization: Use sales data to select the best products, optimize pricing, and ensure the product mix drives profitability.
• Business Growth: Identify and secure new, high-traffic locations, earning bonuses for expanding the business.
• Independent Operation: You’ll run the business day-to-day, handling everything from inventory management to machine performance, with minimal oversight from us.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail, customer service, or operations management (vending experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow the business and increase profitability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintaining machines.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
