Established Property Management Company with over 2000 units across middle TN and Oklahoma. We are looking to add more part-time Cleaners in Mcminville, TN.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas of the house or facility
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of carpets through regular vacuuming or carpet cleaning
- Launder and change bed linens and towels
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- You MUST have your equipment and tools
- Must be within the Mcminnville area or 20mins away
-We do require general workmen compensation, we can help you get it!

Requirements:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.03 - $21.71 per hour
