RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization Assist with posting and advertising processes Schedules training in conjunction with Training and Onboarding Coordinators Prepares progress reports and possible strategies for weekly meeting and departmental managers Communicates with the Training and Onboarding Supervisor regarding any complications incoming applicants may face. 1st VA patient acquired will receive $300
REQUIREMENTS :Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Bachelor's Degree preferred
