We are seeking an experienced Toddler 2 Teacher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loving and nurturing children who may be away from their parent(s) for the first time.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Helping children grow in different areas: socially, artistically, problem-solving, learning development, etc.
• Teaching important aspects of physical, cognitive, social, spiritual and emotional development
• Communicating with parents regularly to ensure that their child is having a great experience
• Adhering to program health and safety regulations
• Assist with daily personal hygiene of the children such as diapering, feeding, toilet training, hand‐washing, and resting
• Other duties as assigned

General Staff Responsibilities:

• Be present at work in order to provide consistency of services
• Arrive to work on time punctually attend and actively participate in all required activities, meetings, and training
• Be a respectful, cooperative, and reliable team member and participant in program activities Project a professional work image, both in dress and manner
• Demonstrate familiarity with employment policies, performance standards, work plan and commitment to mission and values in the performance of daily duties

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Early Childhood Education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare Center: 1 year (Required)
