Job Description:
Summary:
The Tech Services Assistants are responsible for assisting with technology questions and issues for SPA faculty and staff and may assist with setting up presentations and A/V for locally scheduled spaces in Kerwin Hall as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Must have an intermediate knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) is beneficial.
  • Experience with minor computer hardware repairs preferred.
  • Understanding of basic A/V set up (webcam, sound, laptop connection, and troubleshooting) highly desirable.
Compensation:
  • $17.50 per hour.
