Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred
- Strong math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Basic knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Proficient in operating a cash register or POS system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others

Pay: $11.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
