Pay: $17/hr


Gameday Your Way is a growing events hospitality business that specializes in delivering fun & engaging events for our customers before football games at Notre Dame, Northwestern, University of Wisconsin, Indiana University and Soldier Field. We are seeking a highly motivated Tailgate Delivery Support member who is eager to help clients. You will be responsible for delivering and setting up tailgate equipment, catering packages, and beverage packages.


Key Responsibilities:

*Delivery Support: Execute the delivery and setup of tailgate equipment, catering, and beverage packages, ensuring all items are properly secured and organized. *Tailgate Setup: Help set up and arrange tailgate packages at designated locations according to client specifications, ensuring all equipment, furniture, and amenities are in excellent condition. *Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain tailgate equipment, including grills, tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, and other accessories, ensuring they are clean, functional, and in good working condition. *Customer Service: Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and providing recommendations or solutions to enhance their tailgating experience. *Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during delivery and setup, ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients and fellow team members. *Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the delivery team, event coordinators, and other support members to streamline operations and improve efficiency. *Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve any on-site challenges or technical issues that may arise during the delivery or setup process, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's experience. *Clean-up and Breakdown: Assist in the timely dismantling and packing of tailgate setups, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored and ready for the next event. *Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, setup details, customer feedback, and any incidents or damages that occur during the process.


Qualifications:

    *1+ years in event production preferred *Proven track record of providing a high level of service to customers. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. *Ability to work independently as well as with a team. *Able to lift up to 50lbs *Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software (ActiveCampaign preferred). *Passion for sports and entertainment travel. *Has a “can do” attitude and loves to be challenged. *Is metrics-oriented, organized and has a need to win. *Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities. *Weekend availability required.


Shift:

    *8-10 hour shift *Day shift

Date range:

  • September - November

Work setting:

  • In-person on Notre Dame’s campus

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00/hour.
