THE JOB:
As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you'll oversee the smooth operation and conduct of assigned table games and personnel, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate table accounts reconciliation. You'll lead by example, fostering a positive work environment, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and gaming regulations. THE STARTING PAY RATE: $29.75/HR
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Ensure top-notch customer service by meticulously managing dealer performance, guaranteeing that every game is dealt to the highest standards of proficiency, delighting our guests with exceptional service at every turn
Proactively oversee guest flow, adeptly identifying opportunities to optimize open table games, and promptly alerting management for swift adjustments, ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for our guests
Conduct fair and precise evaluations of players, adhering strictly to departmental policies, ensuring transparency, and maintaining trust with our valued guests
Ensure optimal bankroll levels are consistently maintained, anticipating and accommodating both current and future play, to uphold smooth and uninterrupted gaming experiences for our esteemed guests
Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in reconciling table accounting with integrity, while also diligently maintaining card, dice, and all gaming equipment, ensuring a flawless gaming environment synonymous with our commitment to excellence
Maintain meticulous attention to detail by verifying the accuracy of all documents and steadfastly adhering to established procedures, guaranteeing seamless operations and upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
Promptly communicate any instances of high-limit play or suspected equipment tampering to the Pit Manager and/or Shift Manager, demonstrating vigilance and a commitment to maintaining a secure and trusted gaming environment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
At least 2 years of casino dealing or casino operations experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Nevada Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness Card
Ability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
