Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Provide accurate product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques
- Experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, or technical sales is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and promotions
- Familiarity with technology products and the ability to explain technical features to customers
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required
