The position will be responsible for seeing that the psycho-social needs of residents are assessed, addressed and tracked and assures the delivery of and documentation of Social Services congruent with current regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (or related field), at least 1 year of experience, preferably in a healthcare setting and the desire to enhance the quality of life that residents enjoy.
