Shawnee Post-Acute Rehabilitation, the up and coming post-acute rehab facility in Shawnee Kansas is currently looking for a talented Social Worker with a great attitude to help us become the facility of choice in Overland Park. We are looking for a new Social Worker to add to our Social Services team!

The Social Services team is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Social Service Department in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards, as well as company- established policies and procedures, to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the patients/residents are met and maintained on an individual basis.

SSD Certification required

1 year of LTC Experience Preferred
