Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Captain to join our team. As a Boat Captain, you will be responsible for managing and operating our boats, ensuring the safety of passengers, and providing an exceptional experience on the water. We are a small tour company offering boat cruises along Miami River and Biscayne Bay in a fully electric 22 ft Duffy Boat.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and navigate boats in various water conditions
- Ensure the safety of passengers at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boat
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues
- Manage docking procedures
- Communicate effectively with passengers and other boaters
- Adhere to all maritime laws, regulations, and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Must have a valid Boat Captain license
- Previous experience as a Boat Captain or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of boat mechanics and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in navigation techniques and understanding of maritime regulations
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
