The Ann Arbor Oasis is looking to hire a Shift Coordinator to our amazing team!

This position is responsible to and supervised by an Oasis Manager or General Manager. The objective is to coordinate the functioning of staff, facility, and equipment during a particular shift. Our top priority is ensuring guests' comfort and safety.

The ideal person will:

· Conduct all tasks associated with the Front Desk Specialist position.

· Be mature and self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision.

· Possess strong leadership, diplomacy, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Act as a role model and source of motivation for other staff, consistently providing excellent customer service.

· Persons in this position must be able to work evenings (as late as 1:30 am on weekdays or 2:30 am or later on weekends), weekends, and holidays. Some weekend and holiday hours may be extended.

· A schedule can fluctuate but averages about 2 to 4 shifts per week.
