Aloha Sushi is hiring server for part time positions. Server position is open for immediate hire but for serious candidates only. Previous experience and weekend availability is REQUIRED.

Looking for a qualified candidate who is willing to take direction, has attention to detail and who is motivated and driven. This individual should be able to work efficiently and quickly to get through dinner rushes while always paying close attention to quality and emphasize customer service.
Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet/seat customer/answer phone calls
• Take orders/serve food and drinks

• Has knowledge of proper food handling techniques
• Prep/close work station
• Close out checks/registers
• Clean/sanitize to keep up with compliance with service standards
• Must adhere to all company standards and policies
• Manage and take care of all customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience REQUIRED
• Must have knowledge of proper food handling techniques and have a valid food handler card
• Must have a customer forward attitude and able to provide the best service for all customers
• Ability to work fast under pressure without sacrificing customer service
• Must be able to work nights and weekends but also have availability during the week
• Uniform/employee must be clean and presentable for each shift
• Have an openness to learn and grow with the company
