**Duties:**

- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items

- Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders

- Ensure timely delivery of orders by communicating effectively with kitchen staff

- Serve meals and beverages with precision and attention to presentation

- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns

- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and promptly clear tables

- Process payments accurately and provide excellent customer service

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service

**Skills:**

- Preferred previous experience in the food industry or hospitality

- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling protocols

- Familiarity with reservation systems like Resy is preferred

- Expirence with Toast POS system

- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on exceptional customer service

- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities
