Our brand ambassadors are the utility players on our team! You are proficient in multiple job duties from serving, running food to helping our bar teammates with their needs behind the bar. You should have a detail oriented mindset with a passion for beer and love of creating memorable guest experiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Working alongside a team to create memorable guest experiences
• Be a proud member of the FlyteCo Family and let that shine through to quality guest experiences.
• Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
• Using Arryved POS for entering orders/processing payments
• Keeping your tables on point, ensuring guests have everything they need and nothing they don’t
• Helping guests navigate the menu, with close attention to allergens and highlighting our beer, food and craft beverage options
• Assisting at keeping the server station stocked
• Assist the bartenders with daily set up and opening of all of our bars and server stations.
• Work with bar staff on the continued stocking of all products and glassware, and ice.
• Help the bartenders with the proper operation of the dishwashers and cleaning of all glassware.
• Assist staff in running beers, cocktails, n/a beverages, and food to all guests.
• Work with the FlyteCo team in the changing of beer kegs and soda products.
• Ensuring that quality product leaves the kitchen – every shift, every plate
• Delivering dishes with enthusiasm and highlighting quality ingredients
• Helping the team create memorable guest experiences by refilling and running drinks and quickly clearing the table when a guest has departed
• General upkeep and maintenance as needed - Constant cleaning
• Helping with general cleaning and maintenance duties around the restaurant as needed

Pay: $15.27 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
