Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Security Officers to join our team for on call assignments in Buellton and surrounding areas. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary duties will include surveillance, conflict management, and enforcing security protocols. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in law enforcement or loss prevention.

Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety of all individuals
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or theft
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Skills:
- Strong surveillance skills to effectively monitor the premises
- Excellent conflict management abilities to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with militarized security operations is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Experience in law enforcement or Security is highly desirable
