The responsibilities of the Security Dispatcher/Administrator position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform a wide variety of administrative duties, and performs related work as assigned.
- Answer and direct phone calls with a clear, concise, and professional voice
- Reply to emails and phone calls.
- Speak with our clients after hours and effectively resolve their issues.
- Find and speak with our subcontractors for new and ongoing jobs
- Find coverage for late call-offs or new jobs
- Use scheduling software to adjust schedules
- Use software to monitor officer activity during all shifts and at all posts
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Resolve administrative issues
Position requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven administrative experience preferred
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software is required
- Demonstrated ability to be very customer service-oriented
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Physical/Mental requirements and working environment:
- The job is performed in an office environment
- The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English clearly

- 8-hour shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekend Shifts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 22 per week
