Job Description

Looking for a hospitality Rockstar to join my growing small business!

-This would be a seasonal part time job/ supplementary income- $18 per hour plus gas spent on vehicle to get from house to house. It would be 15-25 hours per week. Hours would be variable and sometimes 15 hours one week and 20-25 the next. Hours vary but are flexible with your schedule between 11 a.m.-4 p.m. 5 days a week or so, plus various supply runs on your time. Weekends are required. Reliable transportation is a must.

-Basic description of job: Quality Check after guests during turnover times for maintenance issues, and after cleaners to ensure same standard of cleaning and quality for every guest. Knows each house and will check for any missing or damaged items. Do light maintenance as needed (changing batteries, air filters, lightbulbs, tightening furniture etc). Make Costco runs as needed for supplies (sometimes walmart, target, ikea etc. depending on what the houses need). Respond to guest messages throughout the day and on occasion respond to a call to go to a house if a guest needs after they check in. Attend meetings (sometimes at night) for the permitting processes, as needed.

-This job will require flexibility as we never know what kind of adventure will come from Airbnb land that day but it always does. Applicant should not be scared of getting their hands dirty if needed and being handy is a big plus for normal household fixes. Keeping a calm composure and coming up with creative solutions in short timeframes is necessary. Turnovers are almost always same day and we often don’t know about problems until that day. Hospitality experience and attention to detail is a big plus as exceptional quality and personal touches are what keep my properties getting their superhost badge!

-This job would be part time and would start ASAP.

-This is a 1099 position.
