Job Overview:

The Mount Baker Council (BSA), headquartered in Everett, Washington, is seeking an Membership Specialist (part-time) for Snohomish County area. The Council is looking for a staff member to assist in our initiative for new unit development and current unit support. The Membership Specialist will guide new Scouting units (Cub Scouting, Scouts BSA, and Venturing) through the steps of new unit organization as well as assisting charter organizations with current units needing support.

The specialists will report to the District Directors who will provide training and assignments. This position includes no benefits. The position is hourly, non-exempt, up to 20 hours per week, 50 weeks per year with starting pay at $18/hr and reimbursement for approved business mileage. Applicant must have driver's license and a personal vehicle for travel for the role.
