Job Description
This position is for Stevens students currently enrolled. Must have a full time status. Bachelors Degree required. This is a part-time hourly position.
Must be graduate student, 3.0 GPA, accepted in a Masters or PHD degree program within Stevens.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures.
  • Knowledge of Computers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Be able to build presentations using PowerPoint. Be able to build worksheets with a good layout in excel. Knowledge of macros is a plus. Have good database concepts and know how to build and maintain databases.
This position performs a variety of general office support tasks as assigned by office administration staff.
