We are seeking a part-time salesperson for our services.

Job Description:

• Work your own schedule - typically 3 days per week during normal business hours
• Connect and network with property managers and condo boards
• Identify leads, secure proposal opportunities, help create presentations, etc.

You should have/be:

• Self motivating
• Have prior related outside sales experience - property management experience is a plus
• Able to work independently but collaborate closely with management to accomplish goals

Compensation:

• Base Salary plus commission on sales
• Auto or transportation allowance
• 401K program and Profit Sharing plan

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
