Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and promoting our products.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's experience
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage cash handling and maintain an orderly checkout area
- Previous experience in electronics or technology sales is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Proficiency in operating a POS system and handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to upsell products and suggest complementary items based on customer needs
- Knowledge of product features and specifications to assist customers with their purchase decisions
- Comfortable conducting product demos to showcase functionality
