Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Manage product launches and promotional campaigns
- Oversee social media marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing materials
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize campaigns

- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management roles
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Expertise in social media marketing platforms and strategies
- Experience in product management, research, and marketing
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on SEO optimization
- Familiarity with performance marketing techniques and tools
- Proficiency in HTML5 coding is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets
