As a Safety Aide at La Vida Llena, you’ll provide general security and surveillance monitoring for our 200+ residents and all community property. You’ll get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day!

We’re a 365/24/7 business – so we’re looking for someone with availability in afternoons to independently monitor the community and handle resident requests even after normal business hours. Money isn’t everything, but we know it matters! Wages start at $15.40 /hr.

Although some knowledge and experience in building and grounds security is required, we provide the training you’ll need and help plan with your career with us. CPR/AED/First Aid certification and/or knowledge of alarm and communication systems is preferred. Our corporate insurance policy requires a valid driver license and cleared driving record check for employment.
