Pharmacy Delivery Driver

We are looking for friendly, caring individuals willing to work a minimum of 12-15 hours per week. Day shifts and evening shifts available.

Job description:

• Provide customer-driven service to all D&H delivery patients and facilities.
• Utilize smart phone app to organize and make prescription delivery orders in an efficient and timely manner.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled deliveries as directed by the needs of the pharmacy staff, office staff, managers and owners.
• Maintain accurate monetary transaction records and customer signatures for each delivery.
• Perform daily inspection of the delivery vehicle, noting any maintenance needs and reporting any mechanical issues.
• Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.
• Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

In addition:

• Maintain parking lot and sidewalks.
• General facilities maintenance including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash and recycling, stocking supplies.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds.

Store hours: M-F 8am-7pm; Sat 8am-4pm. Must be available to work a minimum of 12-15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience required.
• Other: Excellent verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle a fast paced environment and multitask is required.

Additional Requirements

• Candidates will need to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Excellent driving record.
• Must be insurable through our insurance company.
