RETAIL BANKING INTERN

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Performing administrative and training programs in the following departments: Retail banking, Contact Center, Retail Training, Retail operations.
- Participating in retail training and gaining in-depth knowledge of retail banking.
- Spending time in branches and in the contact center to work with bankers and customers.
Requirements for the position include:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management.
- Ability to travel between branches as needed (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Ability to maintain professional discretion and adhere to confidentiality regulations.
Preferred Qualifications for the position include:
- Experience in a financial/banking organization
- Demonstrated ability to deliver customer service
