RETAIL BANKING INTERN

Job Overview:Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer.Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Branch Administration department. The paid internship program will be completed over a 12-week period working a maximum of 40 hours a week.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

  • Performing administrative and training programs in the following departments: Retail banking, Contact Center, Retail Training, Retail operations.
  • Participating in retail training and gaining in-depth knowledge of retail banking.
  • Spending time in branches and in the contact center to work with bankers and customers.


Requirements for the position include:

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management.
  • Ability to travel between branches as needed (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Ability to maintain professional discretion and adhere to confidentiality regulations.


Preferred Qualifications for the position include:

  • Experience in a financial/banking organization
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver customer service
