Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with purchases, including processing payments and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and sales events
- Participate in inventory management activities, including receiving and organizing stock

Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of technology products is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Cash handling experience is desirable
