Job Description

Ascentria Care Alliance is on the lookout for Residential Support Workers!

Residential Support Workers are advocates for people served, helping individuals realize their dreams and ascend to new heights. The Residential Support Worker assists people served with recovery-based strategies and encourages the development of community and natural supports. You will help develop individual treatment plans and also help our clients access activities and community resources.

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes to help others in your community to ascend to new heights?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and valid state issued drivers’ license and proof of current insurance required.
  • Related experience helping others is preferred, but training is provided.
  • Obtain and maintain MHRT-1 which contain the components of CPR/FA, Behavior Intervention Training, MHSS and CRMA
  • Ability to understand and deliver services within the mental health services system and AMHI Consent decree/Mental health licensing standards
