If this is you, we have a position for you as an Administrative Assistant with a great company.



The Position

Employment Type: Part-Time Remote / Hybrid. Office-based while Training.


Your days will be spent as part of a team managing our single-family rental properties in the Tampa Bay area. You will communicate with our landlords and tenants about maintenance, inspections and be the key person overseeing our maintenance vendors. You will develop a thorough knowledge of each property, landlord, tenant, and community and build and maintain excellent relationships with our clients, vendors, and team members. Over time, you will become a foundation of our most legendary customer success stories.

Requirements:

You are an ideal candidate if you:

  • Are a fast-moving, enthusiastic, self-disciplined, and respectful team player
  • Self-motivating, proactive, and organized with a strong work ethic
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Spanish would be a plus, but not required.
  • Good computer and technology skills.
  • Like having fun at work.
  • Believe in being “firm yet fair”.
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Have a College Degree (or equivalent)
  • Have 5 - 6 years of prior work experience. Prior work experience does not need to be in property management.
