RISE Services is looking for Support Staff to provide Residential support to adults living with developmental disabilities part time and on call in Independence, OR.

NOC and Part Time hours are available at this time.

As a Residential Direct Support Professional you’ll provide personalized care to individuals living in one of our group homes statewide. Your goal is to engage with and be present for milestones in your clients lives, both big and small. Your success will ensure the independence, emotional, and physical safety of the humans in our care.

Successful applicants will be:

• 18 years and Older
• Able to pass a Background Check.
• Able to pass a driving record check, with 3+ years of driving experience.

Training and some meetings will take place at our regional Salem office, but day to day shifts will take place in the residential home.
