Reservationist:
This is a 5 day a week, 25 hour/week, part time position. As the Reservationist you will be working closely with members, assisting with basic operation of their personal reservation site via phone or in person. You will be answering phones and directing the calls to the appropriate employee, setting up member training (temporarily) and assisting with other office work as needed.

The reservation system involves:
? Assisting new members with initial set up, if needed.

? Assisting members with how to up-date any payment methods within the system

? Adding member certifications to the system post training

? Placing a member on a Hold, Suspension, or Inactive status ? Removing members who have canceled their membership.

? Being able to assist members with any other questions regarding their site.

Events Coordinator: As the Event Manager you will manage the entire process from the planning stage, through to the completion of the events and member socials. You will be carrying out the post-event evaluation to determine the success of each to better organize for the following year. The role is primarily hands-on and involves working as part of a team. You will be responsible for coordination with the Marketing Director to plan and schedule all member social events, both for monthly events and annual events. This will include the following responsibilities as well as remaining in contact with the in-house team and outside vendors. The event manager will also be acting as the liaison between Freedom Boat Club of Ft. Pierce and the Vendor Event Manager.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:
? Actively seek out new venues and find new ideas for events.

Schedule events 6 months out

? Work with a team to decide on events for the upcoming months/year.

? Follow the attached event checklist to plan and execute a successful event.

? Coordinate with Angle (Marketing Director) so each event is advertised in a timely manner.

? Communicate with the local businesses for setting up and working the event.

? Communicate with in-house team (Marketing, Owners, and staff to work each event if needed)

? Use a checklist for each event.

? Develop a theme/event idea and set a budget.

? Schedule a location and set an agenda (consider entertainment if needed)

? Send out member notifications via Eventbrite, confirm details of the event.

? Determine who will work at the event.

? Responsible for collecting RSVPs and maintaining an up to date list.

? Prepare raffles and prizes, name tags, menus, etc.

? Confirm reservations for venues 2 weeks prior.

? Arrive ½ hour early to set up with name tags, banners, sign in sheets, pens, etc.

? Post event evaluation and thank you notes if appropriate.

? Use Slack/Asana communication for continuous updates for events.
