The research associate will contribute to analysis of biomarkers and proteins in research samples, in support of pharmacokinetic investigations.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Calibrates or verifies calibration of instruments/devices prior to use
- Conducts testing on research samples
- Conducts thorough data review to ensure completeness and accuracy of records
- Writes and revises control test procedures and SOPs as required
- Assists in validation of test procedures
- Maintains adequate supply of laboratory consumables
- Participates in required training activities and completes them on time
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn through observation and hands on experience
- Ability to maintain integrity and honesty at all times
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Demonstrate respectful behavior at all times
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
