Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Part Time Customer Service Representative to fill a fully REMOTE opportunity with a well known restaurant chain! 

Shift: Part time, 20 hours a week: Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm (CST)
Assignment Length - This is a temporary assignment that will be 3 months with potential for extension and/or hire! 

Job Description:

• Responding to and resolving daily customer issues that are submitted via an online survey, chat or phone
• Interpreting data entry in a timely manner via email and online chat
• Good communication within a team environment 
• Maintaining a positive attitude 

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Teams
• Prior working experience within a Corporate setting responding to customer inquiries is a must!
