Job Description

Are you passionate about making a significant difference and empowering individuals? Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is on the lookout for committed, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will deliver personalized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other related conditions. This position also offers a flexible work schedule, with preferred hours being from 3-8 pm Monday through Friday (Saturday optional) and a pay range from 25-35$ per hour.

We are committed to providing supervision hours to current Registered Behavior Technicians with the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Additionally, we offer both initial and ongoing paid training programs to ensure our technicians are well-prepared and continuously developing their skills in providing effective ABA therapy.

As a Registered Behavior Technician of our team, your responsibilities will be:

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to foster positive behaviors and skill development in individuals with unique abilities.
  • Work closely with families, providing guidance, support, and training to empower them to continue the strategies at home.
  • Engage in collaboration with a team of professionals, using a synergistic approach to individualized care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records to track progress, making data-driven decisions that lead to the most magical outcomes.
