At Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services, we're searching for dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). In 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions technicians are pivotal in teaching essential skills like communication, daily life skills, and social interactions and replacement behaviors for behaviors that inhibit safety or independence.
Registered Behavior Technicians will provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other related disabilities. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, with ideal availability being 3-8 pm Monday- Friday, with the option to work Saturdays. Pay rates range from 25-35$ per hour, plus additional perks such as, PTO, sick time and reimbursement for drive time and mileage. Technicians also have the option to increase their own pay through our performance incentive system.
We are committed to providing supervision hours to current Registered Behavior Technicians with the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Additionally, we offer both initial and ongoing paid training programs to ensure our technicians are well-prepared and continuously developing their skills in providing effective ABA therapy.
