Hours: Vary, but must be able to work from 3 - 5pm daily (Part Time, 10-20 hours per week)
Pay: $17/hr.
SUMMARY
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, greeting guests, mail distribution, requisitioning office supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE
Customer service experience is required. 16+ years old required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Competence, awareness, and training for probationary employees will be assessed by the “Training & Competency Checklist,” the evaluation conducted at 90 days, as well as other training as needed. Competence, awareness, and training for regular employees will be assessed when annual evaluations are conducted, along with other measurements in accordance with the area the employee is assigned to.
