Summary of Position
This job performs routine clerical and administrative work in answering phones, receiving the public and providing customer assistance.

Minimum Required Education
A high school diploma or GED required.

Minimum Required Experience
Six (6) months of clerical or customer service experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • A Demonstrated ability to greet/ assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to transfer calls appropriately.
  • Must have great Customer Service Skills.
  • Operate general office equipment including copier and scanner.
  • Computer literacy to include the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills.


Other Information
Two part-time positions, NTE 19.5 hours per week. Morning position: Mon-Fri: 8-noon (8-11:30 on Friday); Afternoon position: Mon-Thursday noon-4:45
