Position Overview:
As a Training and Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our agents. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging weekly training sessions, writing educational curriculum, and ensuring that our training programs meet Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) standards for Continuing Education (CE) credits. Additionally, you'll assist in recruiting new talent to join our team and support our agents with their goals and challenges.

This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
