Job Description

**Job Overview:**

I am seeking a motivated Real Estate Personal Assistant to join me in a growing portfolio of development and real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist in daily operations, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience. The position will be heavily involved in lead management and generation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.

- Handle inquiries from potential buyers or sellers promptly and courteously.

- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.

- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.

- Prepare and distribute contracts, leases, and other real estate documents.

- Coordinate showings, open houses, and property inspections.

- Maintain and update listings on various platforms and databases.

**Skills:**

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

- Knowledge of administrative tasks in a real estate setting.

- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
