Overview
The hours of this position will range between the hours of 6p-6a (Emergency Department Registration - Monday-Sunday), 6p-6a (Emergency Department Registration - Monday-Sunday), and 5:30a-5:30p (Main Registration - Monday-Friday). This position is responsible for the delivery of customer facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior-authorization, financial counseling/individual solutions, cashiering, release of information and customer service. Position adheres to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals. Assisting patients with Self-Registration, completing patient registrations, directing patients to appropriate departments, resolving insurance alerts, cleaning/sanitizing registration area and self-registration kiosks
Customer service, insurance experience (preferred), medical office experience (preferred)
