Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Basic Inspector to visit multiple sites, to conduct equipment inspections and tag assets (e.g., HVAC units, exhaust hoods, grease traps, refrigerated tables, signage, etc.)
- The inspector will be responsible for verifying and documenting equipment conditions, tagging an average of 15-17 assets per location, and reporting findings to the project manager.
- The Inspector will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, documenting findings, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and reporting any defects or deviations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow inspection protocols are essential.
Technical Qualifications:
- Experience in basic inspection tasks, including equipment tagging and asset documentation
Familiarity with facility management tools and processes. - Ability to comfortably use a computer and basic Microsoft programs for report generation and documentation.
Industry Experience:
- Knowledge of inspection processes and basic tools, familiarity with safety standards and quality control protocols.
- Prior experience in facility inspections or asset tracking, particularly within restaurant or convenience store chains, preferred.
Job type: 1099 contract
Shift Hours: Day shifts, 8 AM - 5 PM. Flexibility required based on project needs only.
