Surestay Airport South by Best Western Hotel is looking for a public area attendant who will be responsible for an array of duties as specified by the housekeeping manager and who will be committed to ensuring that all spaces are clean, warm, and welcoming for all hotel guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean all assigned areas and make certain they are in accordance with the level of quality for the hotel
• Perform guest requests in a timely manner
• Ensure that all public areas are up to hotel standards at all times
• Ensure assets and supplies for the department are secure and in storage at all times
• Follow all schedule changes by management
• Attend meetings as required
• Maintain an attitude of professional friendliness and act as a representative of Surestay Hotel to the public
• Perform duties in a safe, productive and consistent manner
• Comply with hotel policies, procedures and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Available to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• High attention-to-detail
• Ability to stand and walk throughout entire work day

Pay: $9.25 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 31 per week
