Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Closer to provide exceptional childcare services to our young clients. As a Closer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, happiness, and development of children, creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters learning and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in nannying, babysitting, or toddler care and be passionate about educating and supporting children's cognitive and emotional development.

Duties:

- Provide high-quality childcare services to children of various ages and abilities, including preschoolers and toddlers.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and self-regulation.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment by adhering to first aid guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
- Engage in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest childhood development theories and best practices.
- Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive community.
- Maintain Center cleanliness by closing the school following a closing checklist

Requirements:

- Proven experience in childcare, including nannying, babysitting, or toddler care.
- Experience in behavior management and classroom management.
- Familiarity with first aid guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to work with children of various ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for children.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing education and training to stay current on the latest childhood development theories and best practices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
