We are seeking an experienced personal care assistant to join our team in the Holland, Michigan area. In this position, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home care and support to elderly and disabled clients. Clients are located in the Holland, Michigan area and hours would range between 1pm-8pm. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

- Monitor clients' health and well-being, and report any changes or concerns to the care management team

- Engage clients in conversation and activities to provide companionship and improve their quality of life

- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to client care in AxisCare

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience working in home care, nursing, or caregiver role preferred

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality

- Reliable transportation and valid driver license is required to travel to client homes within the Holland, MI area.
