Job Position: Day Shift Personal Care Assistant with Flexible hours (Full-Part-time Position)
AHHC is currently looking for a dedicated PCA/Personal Care Assistant (PT/FT/Back-Up/Floats).
Job Details:
- Job Type: Part time
- Schedule: PCA Day shift Monday Fridays from 10am-5pm and 8am-2pm and Every other Weekends.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation or accommodations.
- Be dependable and on time for all assignments ready to work.
- Pass DHS Background Study.
- Must be able to travel to the metro area.
- CONSISTENCY. GOOD WORK ETHIC. HAVE INTEGRITY.
Job Summary:
- This job is located: in Bloomington, MN.
- To work one-on-one with individuals in their homes.
- A permanent position is available.
- Some Clients may live in a group home setting, with 2 or more other clients in the home, nurse & PCA work together to care for clients.
- These Clients are full care clients who need help with all of their daily ADLs such as bathing, toileting, meal prep, dressing, grooming, positioning, transfers, laundry, and light housekeeping. You must be comfortable with providing those care.
Hiring for the following schedule:
- Monday - Friday 10am-5pm and 8am-2pm and every other weekend
- THE JOB STARTS IMMEDIATELY.
Office Hours: (Temporary COVID-19 hours are as follows:
- Monday - Thursday 8:30 am-2:30 pm.
- Friday 8:30 am-12:00 pm.
Required Documents:
- Driver's License/State Issued I.D./Passport/Resident Card (Required).
- Social Security Card (Required).
- 1 References. (Required).
- If completed: Online Personal Care Assistant Training, MDHS. (PCA Certificate) (Required).
- Any other applicable Training Certificates of Completion. (Not Required).
- May be required to do fingerprinting. (May not be required).
Easy Application Process:
- Plan for 30 minutes to an hour in our office.
- Must watch two orientation videos before you may begin work.
