Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job opportunity in Dorchester neighborhood– local and flexible hours

- Ensure clients take their medications on time

- Assist clients with mobility and transfers (with lift support)

- Support client with dressing, bathing, eating, and other personal care needs

- Helps client perform physical therapy exercises

- Act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations

- Proven experience as a personal care assistant or in a related role

- Commitment to health and safety standards

- Reliable, well-organized, and detail-oriented

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude

- High ethical standards and professionalism

- Physical stamina to support client needs

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Flexible hours to be worked out with client but general opportunities:

- Monday to Friday

- Morning shifts

- Night shifts

- On-call

- Overnight shifts

- Weekends as needed
