Job Overview:
Terra is seeking a Personal Assistant, with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. The assistant will assist the CEO with a variety of business and personal needs.
This position is part-time, non-exempt, approximately 20-30 hours a week.
Duties:
- Manage confidential information
- Manage travel plans and scheduling
- Drive as needed both in Northern Virginia and when traveling
- Coordinate household needs
- Support various personal business needs upon request
- Ensure the routine maintenance of homes and vehicles
- Keep the principal updated on progress of projects
- Pick up or delivers a variety of items.
- Acquires daily care items and office supplies.
- May assist in coordination and schedules special events, parties, or meetings as assigned.
- Develops and maintains service relationships.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time-management and organization skills
Education and Experience:
- Driver’s license, clean driving, criminal and financial background.
Physical Requirements:
- May be required to spend significant time driving.
- Must be able to perform in all types of weather.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.63 - $23.64 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Work Location: In person
