Our services are divided into three categories: Guest Concierge, Local Concierge, & Pet Care.

About the Role:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone to assist the owner in both client work and business tasks a few days a week. Hours may vary at first but we expect this to grow into a consistent part-time position as we expand

Start Date: Ideally 6/1/24

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the owner by assisting with client errands, tasks, and projects, including but not limited to: shopping, running errands, grocery delivery, and checking on properties and clients
• Execute various business-related errands, tasks, and projects as assigned.
• Offer flexible availability to accommodate client needs and business demands.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal in-person supervision.
• Willingness to undertake a diverse range of tasks and projects.
• Preferably, experience in one or more of the following areas: administrative assistance, personal assistance, property management, pet care, or similar roles.
• Possession of reliable transportation and willingness to travel around the Asheville area for client needs.
• Availability on Thursdays through Sundays.
• Commitment to working 5-10 hours per week with potential for increased hours as the company grows.
• Comfortability using multiple mobile apps and softwares
