Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Carver to join our team. As a Meat Carver, you will be responsible for preparing and carving various cuts of meat for our customers. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and excellent knife skills.

Responsibilities:
- Carve and portion various cuts of meat according to customer specifications
- Package and label meat products for sale
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Utilize an RF scanner to track inventory
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with other tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong knife skills and the ability to carve meat accurately
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
